As I've been practicing yoga, breathwork, and meditation over the last ten + years, and teaching for roughly 2.5 of them, I've been fortunate enough to experience a broad range of teaching styles.

What I offer you has been carefully curated and tested with hundreds of students, but most importantly with myself. I will never offer something I don't wholeheartedly believe in.

All-levels vinyasa

Throughout my yoga training, I was taught a method of instruction that aligns with both Iyengar and Ashtanga principles. What that means for you is that you will receive an accessible, modification-friendly, alignment and breath focused flow. I've been injured myself quite a few times from asana, and so I make it my mission to ensure your safety in class by carefully constructing the postures together.

Guided meditation

Typically with the use of sound healing as well, I will help guide you to deeper states of being. Drum-beat meditation is one offering I love to give, as the heartbeat of the drum reminds us of the womb, and our deeper connection with the Earth. My drum was hand-crafted with buffalo hide, which reminds us to run into the storm, not away. Guided meditation is helping in gleaning insights around relationships, the Self, life, or otherwise, as well as cultivating presence, as well as any other focus area. If desired, we can also work with shamata meditation, wherein our presence together with silence will lead us down the path towards our hearts.

Sound Healing

This is a relatively newer practice I am proud to offer out. The vibrations and frequencies involved in a sound healing can quite literally raise our own vibrations while helping you reach a deeper meditative state. Just as with the guided meditation, sound healing offers a pathway to inner stillness and clarity. By immersing yourself in the harmonious tones of instruments like singing bowls, chimes, harmonium, drums, and bells, as well as with vocal toning, you can release tension, restore balance, and connect with your inner self. It's a beautiful practice for stress relief, emotional release, and overall well-being—perfect for those looking to elevate their self-care routine or explore new dimensions of relaxation and mindfulness.

Interactive Sound Healing

Similar to the sound healing I offer, this style of sound healing works with collective chanting, light movement, and interaction with the sound bowls. Perfect for if you're looking to take a more active or exploratory stance in the sound bath.
